About Joseph Prabhakar
Developing Leaders in Business and in Life
Meet Joseph Prabhakar
Joseph Prabhakar is a loving son, caring husband, doting father and a responsible citizen. Reader. Gardner. Cook. And simply loves life. Joseph is also a powerful orator, consummate storyteller, stellar executive coach, and someone who truly believes in empowering individuals. With 20+ years of corporate life, Joseph has been through the grind of day-to-day work life.
Having witnessed corporate life first hand and risen through the ranks, Joseph is aware of and appreciates the challenges that people face and the hoops they have to jump through. Call it Buddhistic enlightenment or simply a light bulb moment – Joseph had this epiphany in that brought him to the realization that he was not living his life to the fullest. As he would describe it to his friends and anyone that would listen to that “Work had always been about food. Putting food on the table for my family and I” was the primary reason why he worked.
Hear him say it – I was not living to my true potential. Life was good. Work was great. I had all the material trappings that one is supposed to have. Great salary. Fat bonus checks. Corner office. Fancy title. The whole nine yards. But it all boiled down to putting food on the table. Period. Life was simply about food. Any which way I look at it.
Life was not about what I wanted to truly do. None of what I did was about living my passion. My passion was empowering people. Teaching them to discover their true potential and living it. But I was not practicing the same myself.
This to me is a journey of self-discovery. This is my message. Living my passion and doing it the way I would want everyone to do it. To live the story I want to tell and spread, I quit my job to pursue a career that will allow me to live my passion to empower people and help them find their true potential.
Join me in this discovery. Hop on board. Let’s empower each other. Focus. Courage. Determination.
“Strategy without tactics is the slowest route to victory. Tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat.”
